Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call for an appointment at 509-966-9480. If you walk in, you will be triaged to the next available appointment, and you may have to return at a later time.
Please assist us in scheduling the appropriate amount of time for your appointment by clearly telling the receptionist all the problems you wish to have addressed. Otherwise, your provider may request that you reschedule for an additional visit.
Allergy shots, immunization updates, other therapeutic injections, and lab work are available by appointment only.
Patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment for completion of necessary paperwork.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please call to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Otherwise it may be considered a missed appointment. This makes the time available for other patients. Due to the limited number of appointments available, we will discontinue providing care to patients who have missed three appointments without calling our office to cancel or reschedule.
We always try to minimize the time you wait for your appointment. Unfortunately, your doctor may occasionally be delayed, causing your wait to be longer than usual. If this occurs and you would rather not wait, you may reschedule.
If you experience any difficulties, or have any areas of concern, please feel free to discuss it with our clinic administrator.
The After Hours clinic is available to patients from all Memorial Physicians clinics, including Family Medicine of Yakima. Medical services include treatment for common problems such as sore throats, ear aches, coughs, diarrhea, minor lacerations, fever and rash.
Appointments may be scheduled by calling 509-966-9480.
Monday through Friday - 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to Noon
The After Hours clinic is not intended to replace the care you receive from your regular provider. It is also not a replacement for true medical emergencies such as evaluation for chest pain, fractures, or serious lacerations. Lab and x-ray services are not available.
Lab and x-ray results are generally available to the provider within one week.
We may require some additional time to review the results, but will notify you of the results of ALL lab and x-ray studies within two weeks, either by letter, phone call, or on the Patient Portal.
If you do not receive your test results, please call your provider's assistant at 509-966-9480.
All insurance companies have different levels of coverage, and this coverage frequently changes. Please contact your insurance company to determine what they may cover. Services that are sometimes not covered include routine physical exams, counseling and some skin problems.
We ask that you pay your co-pay at the time of your appointment.
Requests for records are processed within 15 working days. This includes transfer of records to another provider and requests from insurance companies or attorneys.
Patients who request records for personal use may be charged for the copies.
